History

USS originates from the merger of ULTRA Shipping’s Norwegian and Swedish activities with Paul Günther’s Danish, Swedish and Czech activities.

Through acquisitions and organic growth, the USS group of companies has been growing in the markets of Northern Europe, Central Europe, the Baltic States, and the Adriatic region, as well as in South Africa.

The historical footprint of some of USS subsidiaries dates back to the 1970s.
